[INTENDED USE]
HBV-5 Rapid Test is a lateral flow chromatographic immunoassay for the
qualitative detection of HBsAg, HBsAb, HBeAg, HBeAb, and HBcAb in human serum or
plasma. It is intended to be used as a screening test and as an aid in the diagnosis of infection with HBV. Any reactive specimen with the OnSite HBV-5 Rapid Test must be confirmed with alternative testing method(s) and clinical findings.

[OPERATION]
1. Bring the specimen and test components to room temperature if refrigerated or frozen. Once the specimen is thawed, mix well prior to performing the assay.
2. When ready to test, open the pouch at the notch and remove the device. Place the test device on a clean, flat surface.
3. Be sure to label the device with specimen ID number.
4. Fill the plastic dropper with the specimen. Holding the dropper vertically, dispense 2-3 drops (about 60-90 µL) of specimen into each of the sample wells making sure that
there are no air bubbles.
5. Set up timer.
6. Results can be read in 15 minutes. Positive results can be visible in as short as 1 minute.
[STORAGE AND STABILITY]
1,The kit should be stored at 2-30°C until the expiry date printed on the sealed pouch.
2,The test must remain in the sealed pouch until use. Keep away from direct sunlight, moisture and heat.
3,Do not freeze.
4,Care should be taken to protect the components of the kit from contamination.
5,Do not use if there is evidence of microbial contamination or precipitation. Biological contamination of dispensing equipment, containers or reagents can lead to false results.
